Christmas Cheer with Tonka

DISCLOSURE: THIS POST IS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FUNRISE TOYS. AS ALWAYS, OPINIONS ARE ALL MINE.

This Christmas, give the gift of Christmas Cheer with Tonka. I remember the days of old when I was a little boy. I played with Tonka trucks and toys year round and they were always the very first on this guys Christmas wish list. Looking back, I wish I had of saved some of them for my little ones now to add to the whole new line of Tonka toys. This year I received the Tonka Power Movers Dump Truck and the Tonka Power Movers Cement Truck. I have to tell you, the nostalgic feeling I got when I opened up the box and looked inside was overwhelming. It instantly brought me back to my childhood and I could remember it like it was yesterday, receiving my first ever Tonka Toy. This year, I pass along this Christmas Cheer with Tonka to my boys. With their love of getting down and dirty playing in the yard, their love of all heavy machinery and incredible imaginations make these Tonka toys the perfect gift that will keep on giving for years to come.

Like I said earlier, when I was young, I had a wide array of the Tonka line. Having 3 older brothers and grandparents that loved to spoil, we had a serious collection. We put the Tonkas through the wringer back then, and, my kids are putting these Tonkas through the wringer today. I have no fear that these Tonkas will be around for quite some time as they continue to grow up. I am super excited to get out there and play with my little guys this holiday season. Yes, even I will break out the snow pants and tromp around the snow and muck to relive that amazing Tonka adventure that every little child should have the privilege to experience. Oh, we love the Christmas Cheer with Tonka.

I showed pictures of these Tonka trucks to my little boy and he was so excited that we asked me to get one. This is definitely a brilliant gift idea and would grab some for my son and nephew. Thank you for sharing it.

My son was always a Tonka guy. He had full “construction sites” when he was a boy. He was quite the developer.

Wow. I can’t believe Tonka toys are still available nowadays. These were my brother’s favorite toys when he was a child and he is 41 years old now! My grandson would love to have these toy trucks too!

These toys are really cool. It reminded me of that cartoon on cartoon network of my childhood, ‘Bob the Builder’.

Wow! A Tonka toy! These are really durable and would guarantee years of fun play time. I will get that cement truck for my godson. I am expecting him to pay us a visit on the 27th. I still have time to get that for him. 🙂

I really love Tonka, they have some awesome toys. My sons used to have a huge collection of Tonka trucks to play with when they were younger.
